I ordered flowers for delivery on a specific date. The arrangement was delivered a week early, otherwise I would give a 5 star rating. Didn't complain because it was actually better because the recipient received so many bouquets on her birthday. She was able to enjoy them her entire week before her birthday.
I will use Upscale in the future, as deliveries are usually accurate. I appreciate having this great local business and will continue to use it for my future flower needs.

Great service! I wanted flowers that night but was told the driver left for the day. I was quite upset as my daughter was leaving the hospital the next morning. The person who I spoke to did the arrangement & delivered the flowers personally! This was greatly appreciated & I doubt any other place would have done that! Thank you so much!!!
